The Trine Astrology is operated by 120 LLC, an Oregon limited liability company.These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Trine Astrology(the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What The Trine provides

The Trine Astrology generates astrological reports and related tools from the birth information you provide. The reports are interpretive personal-insight and astrological guidance tools. They are produced by an automated, AI-assisted system, are interpretive and non-deterministic, and are offered for personal reflection and general interest.

The Service is not a source of medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or that any interpretation is accurate or complete.

2. AI-generated content

Reports are created by automated systems, including third-party large-language-model providers. Automated output can contain errors, omissions, or inconsistencies. We provide reports “as is” for interpretive purposes and make no warranty as to their accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your birth data and content

To use the Service you provide birth date, birth time, and birth location, from which we calculate and store your chart and generate reports. How we collect, use, store, and let you delete or export this information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide; you grant us the permission needed to operate the Service and generate your reports.

5. Purchases, payment, and access

Access to paid reports and services is unlocked through the mechanism offered at the time of purchase. Prices and available reports may change. You agree to pay the amounts shown at the time you unlock a report or service.

Non-refundable. Reports and services are digital goods delivered immediately. They are non-refundable once generation, unlocking, delivery, or fulfillment has begun. By unlocking or requesting a report, you acknowledge and agree to this.

EU/UK consumers: where you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon unlocking and you expressly consent to that immediate delivery, understanding that you lose the right to cancel once delivery has begun. This provision does not remove any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Do not resell or commercially redistribute reports without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and report templates are owned by The Trine Astrology and its licensors. The report generated for you is provided for your personal use.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trine Astrology and 120 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
